We carry out high-quality and meaningful safety visits that will identify areas for improvement and highlight good practices. We use industry-standard auditing software that provides quality data analysis and will tailor these reports to your business. Reports clearly identify progress and unlike other Consultants, we can actively help close out actions and drive improvement at the site level if you wish.

When things do go wrong, and sadly they do – SCS can step up and help. We will get to the site quickly and carry out an investigation and produce a high-quality accident/incident report with findings and recommendations.
Past reports for more serious incidents have been presented to and complemented by, senior safety managers from Tier 1 clients.

A quality SMS will improve safety, quality and production, whether bespoke programmes, off-the-shelf IT solutions or paperwork systems. Quality Management
Quality management is a current high priority in construction, brought into focus with the tragedy at Grenfell. Companies must ensure they use the right materials and tools, engage skilled workers, and build to design.
In order to manage and record quality, SCS can help plan, manage and monitor quality practice through policy and procedure documents, inspection and test plans (generic or project specific) and on-site audit documents.
All of this can be monitored and checked as part of our Site safety audits or separately via remote monitoring or site quality audits.
